About Me! Who Am I?

Hi I’m Michelle, a Naturopathic Doctor and mother to a feisty two year old boy. I have learnt that:

  1. Being a mom is a gift, but is VERY energetically demanding - physically, mentally and emotionally.

  2. Watching our kids grow into themselves and experience things for the first time is absolute magic.

  3. Feeling tired, overwhelmed, moody, etc. can rob our joy in those moments and get in the way of enjoying this stage of motherhood.

  4. Nutrition is a KEY component to maintaining healthy energy levels.

My mission is to help women feel their most energetic so they don’t miss those moments and can truly enjoy this early stage of motherhood to its fullest. We all know that time goes so fast, kids grow up before our eyes, and we don’t want to look back on this time with any regrets.
